The day really did run like clockwork allowing Mark and I to float through the whole day completely detached from the planning and unaware we were being gently guided through the events of the day and evening. "…This is an interim thank you - I'll send photographs and things as soon as we have them. We've just got back from three weeks away, and the first thing I want to do is to let you know how truly beautiful I thought the flowers were, and what a fabulous job you did.

The chapel was spectacular - I'll never forget those majestic towers of exotic grandeur. They were somehow so sculptural against the wood of the chapel, and I can't imagine how it could have been more perfect.

And then the marquee....exactly, EXACTLY, all that I'd dreamed of...perfectly (carefully) casual, beautiful flowers, great cow parsley, gloriously soft colours.

What else? The bridesmaids hydrangeas were spectacular, and worked brilliantly with the dresses...you'll see in photos. And my lovely bouquet, now drying upside down in the kitchen...which was absolutely perfect.

As you may have gathered, then, we liked the flowers! I'll write all this again in more scenic form (on a card, with photos) in due course. But I also wanted to say how much I enjoyed working with you, how good it was to have your calm presence around when we met, and how I wish I could do the wedding all over again!
